2024: Establishing NDIS Support Services
Our journey began in 2024 with a strong foundation in NDIS support services. By the end of 2025, QCSR aims to become a trusted name in comprehensive, high-quality support services to individuals with disabilities. Our focus is on delivering person-centered care that empowers our clients and enhances their quality of life. As our client base quickly grows, we’re refining our service delivery to meet participants’ evolving needs.
2024 -
2026: Expansion into Aged Care Services
In 2026, QCSR will expand its scope to include aged care services. Recognising the growing need for quality care for the elderly, we will begin offering home care and community-based aged care services to help seniors live more independently and comfortably at home. These services will focus on customised, compassionate and professional care, promoting dignity and improving quality of life for everyone living their best years.

2028: Launch of Homelessness Support Services
By 2028, we look forward to further extending our services to those in our community experiencing homelessness. We’ll provide comprehensive support services, including emergency accommodation, case management, mental health support, and pathways to stable housing. Our goal is to create a safe, supportive, empowering environment for anyone who needs it as they rebuild their lives and reintegrate into the community.

2032: QCSR Aged Care Centre
In 2032, QCSR will redefine aged care with the opening of the aged care centre of the future, which will serve as an inspirational model for the industry. Our centre will go beyond traditional aged care facilities by integrating cutting-edge technology, innovative care models, and a holistic approach to health and well-being. It will feature personalised care plans, smart home technology, environmentally sustainable designs, and spaces that promote social interaction, mental stimulation and active ageing. With the Futuristic Aged Care Centre, we’ll set a new standard in aged care by focusing on dignity, independence and a high quality of life.
